GUILT-FREE Dessert! Yes please!!
Chunky Monkey is my FAVORITE!!! If you love it as much as I do, now you can enjoy it guilt free! All natural, whole-foods, raw ingredients, no sugar added!
1. Freeze some bananas.
2. Chop the frozen banana into big peices and put it in a high-speed blender
3. Add a handful of raw walnuts and a handful of your favorite vegan/dairy-free/soy-free chocolate chips
4. add 1/4 cup your favorite plant-based milk -- almond milk (my fav), coconut milk, rice milk, etc.
5. Pulse ingredients together until it is the consistency of a thick but creamy ice cream
6. Optional: add some cinnamon, agave if you like it sweater, shredded coconut, etc. Get creative!.
