Jennifer is a culinary nutritionist, self taught chef, nutrition advocate, author, speaker and food lover. She has trained and worked with powerhouses in the health and wellness industry for almost two decades, and continues to evolve her craft of culinary nutrition, mind-body wellness and health education. Jennifer is purposeful in supporting others to create health and balance in their lives in ways that are simple and sustainable. Her integrative approach is guided by real food, natural health, fitness, ancient women's wisdom, transpersonal perspectives, and her own personal journey of health. 


Jennifer believes that food is medicine and the body is designed to naturally heal itself. With the proper tools, like culinary nutrition, healing and optimal health can be achieved. Health is not to be perfected—it's a daily practice and an act of self-love. 

Jennifer is a ServSafe© certified food handler by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). She is a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.


In 2018, Jennifer launched the Feed it Forward project to donate scratch-made meals to people in need. She believes everyone deserves access to delicious real food, regardless of their circumstances. Learn more about Feed it Forward and how you can contribute.
