Plant-Bowl Breakfast


1) 1 cup of your favorite milk alternative (homemade or store bought) - here I've used Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk

2) 1 banana, sliced

3) 2 tbsp Qu'i (chia, buckwheat, hemp blend) - For a crunch fan, eat right away. For the chia pudding fans out there, let sit for 5-15 minutes before eating. (Qu'i available at Sprouts and Whole Foods)

4) small handful of sliced/shredded dehydated or dried coconut (about 2-3 tbsp)

5) cinnamon to taste

* optional adds: fruit (dried or fresh), dates, sliced almonds, etc...add as you wish!

Nutritious, delicious, satisfying, easy to make, and promotes detoxification and clarity.
