Yoga for Your Yoni Part II
Last month we discussed the divine, physiological and sexual importance of Yoni strength and the wonderful benefits of sexual alchemy and yoni yoga—working the most sacred muscles in the female body, the vaginal wall and pelvic floor muscles. Now, its time to get started! The first step is to get familiar and comfortable with locating and isolating the pelvic floor muscles by doing the basic kegal exercises. To do this, you are going to squeeze and release the pelvic floor mu
