Make these GREEN TROP-POPS now

Skip the store-bought pops with all the high fructose corn syrup, processed junk and stuff you can't pronounce. You can easily make your own popsicles and it's so fun to do with your kiddos!

i love these green tropical popsicles! If you're trying to get your kids to eat more good stuff, make it fun and engage them in the process. Kids are more likely to eat things when they help make them.

But let's be real, these just aren't for young people! These are a clean, sweet treat that is so satisfying and supports our health just as much as theirs.

What you need:

a blender

2-3 cups super packed spinach

2 bananas (the riper the better since they are sweeter)

2 cups frozen pineapple

1/4 cup shredded coconut

fresh squeezed juice of a lemon

1/4 cup hemp seeds - this added healthy fats, protein and a nice creaminess too

fill the blender to the top of the greens with almond milk or your favorite nondairy milk or even coconut water

blend until super smooth

fill your fav popsicle molds and freeze!

The hard part is waiting for them to freeze! You will probably have extra to drink, yum!

Cheers!

These are versatile and have so many fruit-combo possibilities. What fruit is your favorite for making popsicles?
